This recipe has long been a family favorite. My sister even had this at her wedding. The dressing is nice and light, not too vinegary, not too tart, just a perfect hint of garlic and lemon that make this dressing so good. The dressing usually makes enough for a couple of salads, so definitely save any extra dressing for later in the week. It only gets better as it seasons.

Lettuce Lettuce
Cucumber Cucumber
Cherry Tomatoes Tomatoes
Hearts of Palm Hearts of Palm
Olives Olives
Lemon 3 Tbs Lemon Juice
Peanut Oil 6 Tbs Peanut Oil
Dijon Mustard 1 Heaping Tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt 1 Tsp Salt
Pepper 1 Tsp Pepper
White Sugar 1 Tsp White Sugar
Garlic 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
Brazilian Salad Brazilian Salad

Prepare the salad with the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, hearts of palm, and olives.

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a jar or Tupperware container. Shake well. Add to salad just prior to serving.Enjoy!
