Salsa is great and, like most things, it is even better grilled.
Grill the jalapenos until the skin is blackened. Cut the tomatoes in half and grill for a minute and a half on each side. Smash the garlic and chop the shallot. Remove the skin and seeds from the jalapenos and put in a food processor with the tomatoes, garlic, shallot, cilantro, salt, pepper, and the juice of the lime. Blend until it reaches your desired consistency. Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 10 minutes |
