Padron peppers are in season and at the local farmers' markets. They are less spicy than jalapenos and are very tender. Grilling is a simple way to enjoy them.

Rinse and pat dry the peppers. Throw on a hot grill and cook just until they have bubbled on each side. Remove from grill and drizzle with olive oil. Season well with sea salt.
