Everybody loves a good steak.

Rosemary 2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar

Take the steaks out of the fridge and pat dry.

Finely chop the rosemary. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and the rosemary. Drizzle each steak with a tablespoon of the balsamic vinegar. Let sit for twenty minutes as the steaks come up to room temperature.

Grill over high heat about four minutes a side and then move to the cooler part of the grill for another three minutes or until it reaches the desired doneness. Remove and let rest for five minutes.

Cook Time: 11 minutes
