Grilled Chicken Wings PDF Print E-mail

Chicken wings have long been a party favorite. This method of cooking them combines the grill and the oven and does without the frying pan.

Chicken Wings
4 lbs Chicken Wings
Butter 4 oz Butter
Garlic 1 Clove Garlic
Hot Sauce 3 Tbs Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper Salt and Pepper

Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Season thoroughly with salt and pepper.

Place the wings on a grill over low heat and cook for ten minutes, flip, and then cook for another ten minutes.

Remove the chicken from the grill and put on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for twelve minutes. Flip and then cook for another ten minutes or until the skin is nice and golden. Remove to a bowl.

In a sauce pan melt the butter over low heat. Mince the garlic and add to the pan and cook for one minute. Mix in the hot sauce (the more you use the spicier the wings will be) and a half teaspoon of salt. Pour over the wings and toss until each wing is coated with sauce.

Cook Time: 45 minutes
