Simple Grilled Shrimp PDF Print E-mail

This is one of the simplest recipes I know and is always complimented. It takes no time and will bring you to the sea no matter where you are.

Raw Shrimp 1lb Large Raw Shrimp
Garlic 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil Olive Oil
Lemon Lemon Juice
Grilled Shrimp Grilled Shrimp

Peel the shrimp leaving the tails on. (I sometimes leave the shell on for peel-and-eat shrimp as they end up a bit juicier.)

Mix the shrimp with the garlic and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place on a hot grill or grill pan and cook for about two minutes a side or until pink all the way through.

Remove from grill. Sprinkle lemon juice over the shrimp and serve.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 4 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes
