This grilled shrimp recipe has a Latin American flavor.

Raw Large Shrimp 1 lb Large Raw Shrimp
Limes 3 Limes
Cilantro 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
Garlic 3 Cloves Garlic
Olive Oil 1 Tbs Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper Salt and Pepper

This works good as a peel-and-eat dish but if you want to make it easier for your guests you can peel the shrimp (leaving the tails on) prior to marinating.

Juice the limes into a small bowl. Mince the garlic and add to the bowl along with the chopped cilantro. Add the olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix.

In a zip lock bag add the shrimp and the marinade. Work the marinade around so that all of the shrimp are covered in it. Marinate for at least an hour.

Prepare a hot grill and grill the shrimp for about two minutes a side. Serve hot.
