It is a shame that langoustines are not more common on menus in America. They are absolutely delicious. We found that our local seafood market does have them frozen so we decided to buy some and make them the simple way that we enjoyed them in Spain.

Grilled Langoustines

Cut the langoustines in half length wise. Remove the intestine that runs down the tail. Place the langoustines in a bowl and toss with olive oil, sea salt, and pinch of cayenne pepper.

Place langoustines on a hot grill shell side down. Grill for two minutes. Flip and grill for one minute flesh side down. Remove from grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.

Cook Time: 3 minutes
