Need to switch up your go to salmon recipe? Panko crusted salmon is one of our new favorite salmon dishes and super easy to make.

Salmon Fillet
4 Salmon Fillets
Panko Bread Crumbs 2/3 Cup Panko Crumbs
Olive Oil 4 Tsp Olive Oil
Dijon Mustard 2 Tbsp Mustard
Thyme 2 Tsp Fresh Thyme
2 Tbsp Chopped Italian Parsley
Paprika 1/2 Tsp Paprika
Salt and Pepper Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 400. Set salmon on a foil lined baking sheet, skin side down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine the honey mustard and 1 tsp of the thyme. In another small bowl, mix the panko with the remaining 1 tsp of thyme, 4 tsp of olive oil, parsley, and paprika. Add salt and pepper lightly.

Broil the salmon for 9 minutes. Take the salmon out and spread the mustard mixture on top, then the crumb mixture. Broil again for another 2 minutes.

Prep Time: 4 minutes

Cook Time: 11 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes
