Oyster stuffing brings a little taste of the sea to your Thanksgiving table.

1 Bag Stuffing
Oysters 1 Pint Shucked Fresh Oysters
Onion 1 Cup Chopped Onion
Celery 1 Cup Chopped Celery
Bell Pepper 1 Chopped Bell Pepper
Butter 1 Stick of Butter
Chicken Broth 2 Cups Chicken Broth
Italian Parsley 1 Cup Chopped Parsley
Pepper Pepper

Saute the chopped onion, celery, and bell pepper with one stick of butter until soft.  Pour the stuffing into a bowl and then add the sauteed vegetables and butter. Add about 2 cups of chicken broth to the stuffing. Depending on how moist you like your stuffing, you may want to add slightly more broth.

Drain the oysters and cut in half (or quarters depending on the size). Sir into the stuffing along with the parsley. Generously pepper.

Cook in a 350 degree oven for thirty minutes.

Cook Time: 30 minutes
