An easy way to cook lobster tails when you're running out of time for that special dinner.

Butter 1 tbs Butter
Garlic 2 Cloves Garlic
Lemon Lemon Juice
Cayenne Pepper Cayenne Pepper

With a pair of kitchen shears cut the lobster tails down the top of the shell. Crack the shells open a bit outward.

Mince the garlic. Season the meat with a pinch of cayenne pepper. Chop the butter up into tiny cubes and spread over the meat along with the garlic. Juice half of the lemon over the meat.

Place in a broiler for about six minutes (more if larger than eight ounces). You want to get them out just as all of the flesh is white and a bit firm.

Serve with the Lemon Garlic Beer Butter Dipping Sauce.
